About Mike Turner

Mike Turner is a certified Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) Master Black Belt. He was an Operational Excellence (OpEx) Master for General Motors and led their global DFSS program for four years. He currently works as a Chief Technical Engineer.

Mike has coached and taught thousands of leaders the methods and behaviors of DFSS and OpEx resulting in over $300M in value to companies.

Mike has led and supported the start-up of DFSS and Operational Excellence (OpEx) at four international companies. 

He has worked globally in North America, Europe and Asia. 

Mike mentors senior leaders in strategy and execution of Six Sigma programs and leads training, coaching and mission deployment.

Mike lives in a suburb of Detroit, Michigan with his wife of 29 years, their four children and Goldendoodle Corbin.
